"Very unprofessional. He is never the one who contacts and when he is he is belligerent towards the people who are paying him not the other way around. They misplaced a payment of mine and said I accused them of theft which never happened and they wrote about a payment 2 months later. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Got my insurance moved days before he claimed he would drop me. Refused to call and actually talk to me instead just emailed me. Telling me I lied about making a payment and all of this. Again very unprofessional. Sure hope they figure things out before other people get screwed."
